What do you get when you put twenty or so realtors in a bus and take them to Myra Canyon? Pure Bedlam!
This tour was an absolute pleasure to go on. I was contracted by John Deak who is a realtor at our local Century 21 office in Vernon. When I first spoke to John about what I could do he said something along the lines of "realtors are cheap" so I had to make sure I planned a tour that met his needs and stayed on budget!

When I first spoke to John about what I could do he said something along the lines of "realtors are cheap" so I had to make sure I planned a tour that met his needs and stayed on budget!
For the first time ever Century 21 was having their national conference in Kelowna so John wanted to set up a tour for them that showcased the incredible area we live in, make sure all the details were taken care of, and that they had a good time. I had to sharpen my pencil a bit but in the end John agreed to contract Showtime! Event Management for his tour and event planning.
I created the payment registration site for him, the tour website, customized the tour's music, and of course took all the details required for the bicycle rentals (size of bikes required). John and I worked very hard, as a team, to insure all the details were taken care of and that the only thing the participants had to worry about was showing up on time.Then the FUN part I got to pick them all up in a 72 passenger school bus with a six speed transmission and drive them up a very steep, twisty, windy, road to the Myra Canyon Trestles.

How did it all turn out - FANTASTIC! Everything went off without a hitch and despite my onerous waiver I had the participants sign they all got to tour Myra Canyon Trestles, many for the first time, and returned to their hotel safe and sound.
